Hello everyone! I figured I would update the blog tonight since we are busily getting ready for a baby in a little over four months! John, as most of you know, loves to start new projects around the house. We decided not too long ago to get rid of our ugly unmatched wood trim and put up new white all matching trim. So, this morning, Home Depot delivered a ton of new trim and we started to put it up! It does look very very nice! Not only did we get some trim up but we also finished the tile in the foyer! It still needs to be grouted but its a lot better than the ugly pink and oragne marble that was originally there. So those are the updates on the house, and i am really looking forward to all this so we can start getting the baby room going! :)
Now onto the baby topic.... For the past week or so I swear that occasionaly I have felt the baby moving around. I will feel a little flutter or tap inside my belly every now and then, but on Thursday afternoon when I was driving home to Davenport for the NKOTB concert and talking to John on the phone, I felt my belly get really hard! I said "OH hunny I think that the baby is moving" and just as I said that there were three or four little movements in my tummy! It just was the most amazing feeling ever! I continue to feel the baby moving every now and then but not nearly as profound as when I was on the phone to John!
And now onto the NKOTB concert! Wow what an amazing show! I had the privledge of getting to go to the NKOTB concert for the second time in the past few months with my very best friends from high school and my sister -in-law Beth! The concert was amazing and I think I could go see them all the time. It brought back so many memories of being young and having no worries. I was able to pick up the baby its first onesie! It says Step by Step on it with little baby footprints. I LOVE IT!
Well everyone that is our life in a nutshell! I hope everyone is doing well. As always we miss you all and can't wait to see you hopefully soon!
Love,
Anne and John
